No need for undercoat or primer on many serfaces: paper, card, metal, wood, ceramic, canvas etc. Bubble Gum has high coverage/ high opacity. The chalk finish is perfect to stamp on. Dilute with water for a wash, or mix with glaze for higher transparency.
