Blendable, highly pigmented, water-reactive dye and pigment ink fusion that create a beautiful blendable matt finish to your projects. Excellent with water based techniques. Ideal for blending through stencils, and creating eye catching backgrounds. The ink sits on the surface preventing "muddying" of colours.
